Mr. Pornpoth Penpas, Director General of the Department of Lands, attended the wreath-laying ceremony in commemoration of Chakri Memorial Day, to commemorate the graciousness of His Majesty King Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke the Great, the founder and first monarch of the Chakri Dynasty, who ascended the throne as the first King of the Royal House of Chakri, at the King Rama I the Great Memorial, on 6^th April 2025.
