Mr. Chamnarnwit Terat, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, chaired the second meeting of 2025 of the working group studying the feasibility of developing public housing on government-owned land. The initiative aims to retain state ownership while enabling longer-term legal arrangements compared to current practices. The meeting was held on 10 April 2025 in Meeting Room 1, 6th Floor, Department of Lands.
