Ms. Panitawadee Prachnakorn, the Deputy Director General of Department of Lands, served as a speaker to provide knowledge to the participants of the training course on the topic "Philosophy of Being a Good Civil Servant." She also delivered policies and guidelines for government service to the trainees of the "Government Servant Seedling Program" (Class 4) at the Department of Lands Civil Servant Development Institute on 12^th November, 2024.
