Mr. Tosaporn Mitraniyodom, a Chief of Bangkok Metropolitan Land Office, acting as the Deputy Director General of the Department of Lands, participated in the ceremony of laying a floral tribute on the occasion of Royal Rainmaking Day for the year 2024, held at the Multi-purpose Area of the Royal Thai Government Complex, Chaeng Watthana, Bangkok, on 14^th November, 2024.
